To Lose Weight #1: Check Your Weight Daily

Friends, the first thing you must do as soon as you wake up is to freshen up; after that, you will check your weight daily.

When you are on your weight loss journey, you must check your weight daily. You do not have to miss a single day. Only then will you know what effect it has on your body when you are following a diet, So the first thing you have to do as soon as you wake up is to get freshen up and check Your weight. After that, the first thing that should be taken in your body is your morning drink. That is water, And even water is complex. I will tell you how to make water. Here is the recipe. So, first, you have to take a pan.

It has to be kept on the gas, and inside it, I have put 1 liter of water and two tablespoons of cumin here. This one spoon and this second spoon of cumin cover it well and keep it boiling. We covered it with a lid and saw that it had burned. Now we will filter it, and we have to drink it a little lukewarm. So we must take this glass on an empty stomach in the morning. For the rest, we have to warm it up and drink it throughout the day. So you finish drinking them one by one.

To Lose Weight #2: Have Breakfast On Time

Yes, friends, after taking this morning’s drink, you have breakfast and have to take breakfast on time.

For breakfast, the first thing is to be noticed, and you will need to take it between 8:00 to 9:00, not after 9:00. Do you have to complete breakfast before 9:00 pm? To Lose Weight #3: Adding Little Black Pepper

And this is black pepper. I will mix all these things in it, adding little by little water. Then, we have to knead the dough. Your dough will be very soft if we take a little lukewarm water. Our dough is ready.

Very soft. I have taken a plea of it here and will roll it And like we make our regular roti in the same way, we will make roti, So I have moved it here now. I will put it in the pan and make our regular roti like we have to roast it in the pan. So my roti is entirely ready. Here I serve it as a vegetable. I will put a spoonful of desi ghee on it.

To Lose Weight #4: Breakfast Every Day With Vegetables

It would be best to eat a spoonful of desi ghee for breakfast. Every day I will serve it with vegetables. You can eat it with any vegetable. I am eating this here today with gourd; you can have tea and coffee. So friends, now it’s our mid-meal turn. This is because you feel a little hungry between breakfast and lunch, and to keep your metabolism a little faster.

To Lose Weight #5: Small Snack In The Mid Morning

We should have a small snack mid-morning, like you can take any seasonal fruit. You can take an apple, orange, guava, or any fruit readily available to you in the morning and season, Try that when you are taking fruits throughout the day; then you keep it in the morning. Avoid fruits in the evening because fruits contain natural sugar, i.e., carbohydrates, which you should not have in the evening or at night.

To Lose Weight #6: Taking Fruits At Morning Time

So, whatever fruits you take, please keep them in the morning. If you do not want to take beart, take soaked five almonds and five walnuts or roasted grams in a small bowl. So you can take such things in mid snacks. The next thing is our lunch. Your lunch should be between one to two i.


Between 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, please take your lunch before 2:00 pm; we have to take a bowl of Groud. Along with this, we do not have to take any chapati, roti, or rice, which will fill your stomach too. It is very fulfilling; You will find it tricky for a week or two. You will feel hungry, but gradually your body adapts to it. This thing will adjust it, and then automatically, your too much hunger will stop.

To Lose Weight #7: In The Beginning, Little Hungry

In the beginning, yes, you will feel a little hungry, but you will not cheat. So friends see our lunch recipe So to make a weight loss group. Here I am taking one group, and here I have taken two tomatoes with this. We will make our delicious yummy weight loss Groud. You will cut it on this site.

Here I have ground the tomatoes. I took a cooker and kept it on the gas on medium flame. We will take a small spoonful of oil here. We can handle any oil.

I have put a teaspoon of cumin here when it turns brown. Then, I add half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of red chili powder.

We will mix it well and fry it a little. Then we will add our tomato puree to it. I have put very little 1/4 tsp of salt here. Again, we will mix it well and keep it covered.

To Lose Weight #8: Covered The Lid

Only from above. Could you see that the tomatoes are cooked? Well, here we will put groud in it when all the ground is mixed well with tomato puree, then we will set a glass of water in it After mixing it. Well, we will put the lid on the cooker, and after closing it, we will cook it with just one whistle. There has been a whistle, and all the steam has gone out. Now I will open it and show it to you. This yummy ground is ready.

Now and we will eat this whole bowl in lunch, Friends, after lunchtime for evening snacks, which you have to take between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Between 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, you will take a green tea. Take any green tea!

But you do not have to add sugar to green tea, so take a cup of green tea, and it is a must; you must take it And together. If you do not take walnuts and almonds in the morning, you can take them in the evening. You can take a small bowl of roasted gram in the evening but you must avoid fruits.

To Lose Weight #9: You take it in the morning.

After that comes our dinner, which you know has to be taken before 7:00 pm; please only take dinner after 7:00 pm. Second, we do not take carbs and salt at all in dinner. So what will we take for dinner? At dinner, we will do one such thing due to which our weight loss will be made very fast, very quickly.

By taking this, the problem of your constipation will also be solved. If you have, your stomach will start clearing very well, and your weight loss will also be made at a very high speed.

Here it is, Pumpkin. We have to take that many pieces of Pumpkin and take a small onion, some ginger, and some garlic. Here now, we will chop all these things.

Diet Plan #10: Small Pieces of Onion, Ginger Garlic

Onion and ginger garlic is chopped into small pieces, and I cut the Pumpkin into big cubes. Take a cooker, keep it on the gas on medium flame, And here I have put a tiny spoon of oil, any other oil you can use here. I have set garlic first, and I am adding ginger to fry it a little, So when they turn a little brown, I will put the onion here. Then the onions will also fry a bit when it becomes a little transparent.

Then we’ll add our pumpkin here, so we’ll put all that pumpkin in here. Now add 1/4 tsp red chili powder and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder. In this, we will add a little water. I am adding a glass of water here, and after that, we will mix it well and put the lid on it, And we will cook it for four whistles, and when the four whistles are done, then we will leave it like this till all the steam comes out And after the smoke comes out, we will open it Now using a hand blender. I will grind all the vegetables in it. Our soup is ready, just put a little black pepper in it and add a little lemon, and our very yummy soup is prepared.

Diet Plan #11: Keep In Mind Not Add Salt

Remember that you will not add salt at all, friends, and I am adding a little pepper to it, and our Pumpkin Soup is ready. You can take this and enjoy it. So, friends, this is the recipe for our dinner. It would be best if you did not add salt to your soup. Only then will you be able to reach your correct goal, and after that, you have to take the night drink, which you carry around 9-9:30 to 10 pm, and after that, you have to fall asleep. You do not wake up at all after 10:00 pm.

You must follow it if you can. So here is our night drink recipe, So guys, to make night drink. I put a pan on the gas and heated it. I am putting two cinnamon sticks in a glass of water here.

Diet Plan #12: Keep It Covered Till It Boils Now.
